What address should I send payment to if I want to pay by check or money order? We accept checks, Money orders and cashiers checks. All personal checks will be held until it clears our bank before shipment. If you use our cart system choose money order in the drop down menu and it will give any more information needed!

What happenes if my package gets lost or damaged? Insurance is optional for the consumer and is not required to keep costs lower for those that are not worried about the minimal risk of loss or damage during transit. Packages do sometimes get lost or damaged so PLEASE don't call or email us because you did not receive your package if insurance was not purchased. Delivery confirmation is mandatory and automaticly added. If you never received a tracking # please feel free to request it by email and we will be glad to send it to you. If insurance was purchased and your package is over 2 weeks in transit "For US orders" or 4 weeks "for international orders" then please be sure to contact us with order # via email and we will take care of the paper work for you. I have not got my order yet? Most orders are shipped ground USPS, Not air as most regular mail thus taking longer to reach it's destination. This makes shipping charges lower in cost for the buyer. If you need your package more quickly, Choose a faster shipping service at check out. Back to Top

I would like tracking # For my order. Tracking #s are automaticly added to your order and you will receive your tracking # Via email as soon as package is prepared. This is done with EVERY order unless out of the US. No tracking is available for out of US orders. Back to Top
How do you count so many tubes and plugs? We do not count every tube and plug that goes out. We use a very accurate digital scale to weigh depending on each quantity. You may be 1 or 2 over or under but we usualy will weigh a little over to insure you get what you pay for. Back to Top
How long does it take before you ship my order? We normally will ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. If you need your package to arrive quickly, choose a faster shipping service at check out. FUSE can go parcel post ONLY!
