Please follow all instructions (if any) that come with your product(s). Faliure to do so may result in injury or death. Also you must be 18 years of age or older to order ANY products from our web page.
Ground-rules
We try to be easy to deal with and will support you with whatever supplies you need for any legitimate pyrotechnic display use, within reason, regardless your experience level. We do, at our discretion and we also reserve the right to refuse to deal with you if it becomes evident that your activities are either illegal in nature or are unsafe.
By placing an order with us, you implicitly acknowledge that you've read and understand these ground-rules and all other information stated on this page. You also agree to abide by these rules and by any and all decisions we make relating to any business dealings you have with us.
When you order from us, (1) you give us the right to determine, in any manner we feel most appropriate, exactly how and for what purpose you are going to use the products you order, (2) you acknowledge we have the right to keep records of all of your purchases so we may observe your buying trends and that we have the right to question your intent if we see anything disturbing or far outside the ordinary, (3) you further agree that we have the right to refuse to do business with you for any reason we determine to be legitimate and warranted and (4) that you will abide by our decisions without recourse.(5)
Our intent is never to limit your fun nor your creativity. We are pyro-enthusiasts as well - we understand your needs. We simply need to know that you are both aware of and will practice due diligence in the proper handling, usage and disposal of the items you purchase from us and that you will observe all due precautions and follow all appropriate safety procedures. Further, we need to be sure that you are familiar with possible incompatibilities between the items you purchase and that you are aware of the sometimes violent, possibly deadly reactions that can ensue should these items be used carlessly or beyond there limits. We want you to have fun but at the same time we want you and those around you to remain safe. If you aren't sure, simply ask us. We will be more than happy to provide you with any information you need to help you have fun safely.
Though not legally required, we do have a moral obligation to make sure you know what you are doing and that you have the knowledge necessary to use our products safely and in a manner commensurate with federal, state and local laws.
When you order any of our products you as a consumer acknowledges:
A) That he/she is 18 years of age or older;
B) The cannons and/or supplies purchased from Pyrocreations have life threatining properties that may endanger life and limb if not used properly and according to instructions provided; and
C) That he/she is legally qualified to receive these materials.
In consideration of the sale of the above cannons and/or supplies to the undersigned the agreement is as follows:
1. There is no warranty that the cannons and/or supplies are merchantable or that they are fit for a particular purpose.
2. In no event shall the seller or seller's heirs and assigns, be liable for consequential damages, nor shall seller's liability in any claim for damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, or use of the cannons and/or supplies exceed the purchase price of the cannons and/or supplies.
3. The undersigned will not use any of our products in violation of any local, state or federal law.
4.You the customer, successors and assigns agrees to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use of the cannons and/or supplies.
5. You as a consumer agrees that the conditions above apply equally to all current, past and future purchases from Seller.
