Adding Delivery confirmation is completly up to the buyer. You are not required to purchase Delivery confirmation. If you would like to track anything you purchase from us and you would like to know for sure your package was in fact shipped and delivery confirmation is not purchased, we cannot confirm shipment! If delivery confirmation is purchased and a package is taking longer then normal, please contact us at sales@pyrocreations.com and we will send you a tracking # to confirm shipment. Although tracking numbers can always be requested if purchased. If buying outside of the US Del confirmation is only available for UPS and NOT available for any other shipping service.
