PyroCreations.com (the "Site"),. By accessing or using our website
and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
Under no circumstances
may anyone under the age of 18 place an order on this Site. By purchasing our
products, you testify and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you
are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian perform the transaction
for you.
2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
PyroCreations.com
sells consumer fireworks and components that are legal under Federal law.
However, state and local ordinances vary significantly.
- Legal Responsibility: You
(the Buyer) assume all responsibility for complying with your specific
State and local laws regarding the possession and use of pyrotechnic
materials.
- Confiscation: If
you order items prohibited in your area and they are confiscated by local
authorities, PyroCreations.com will not issue a refund. You assume
complete responsibility for any confiscated products.
- Permits: We
recommend contacting your State Fire Marshal to obtain any necessary
permits before purchasing.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
- Carrier Restrictions: Due
to USPS and UPS regulations, certain items (including fuse, chemicals,
novelty fireworks, alarms, and flares) MUST ship via Ground/Parcel Post.
These items cannot be shipped by air.
- Shipping Estimates: We
normally ship orders within 1 working days of receiving payment (except
during peak season in May–June).
- Delivery Guarantees: We
cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Once a package leaves our
facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery timelines.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: If
tracking shows a package was delivered but it is missing or stolen, you
must report this to the carrier (USPS or UPS) for resolution. We do not
replace orders stolen after delivery.
4. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY WARNING
Pyrotechnic materials,
chemicals, and cannons are inherently dangerous.
- Assumption of Risk: By
purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to
use all products in a safe, legal manner.
- Indemnification: You
agree to indemnify and hold harmless PyroCreations.com from any claims,
damages, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of products
purchased from us.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Eligibility: You
have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. Items
must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as
received.
- Faulty Products: If
a product is faulty, we offer a 30-day replacement policy.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original
shipping will be deducted.
- Process: To
initiate a return, you must provide your receipt or order number. Once we
inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
6. PRICING & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right
to cancel any order due to pricing errors on the website. We will contact you
for consent before adding extra charges; if you decline, a full refund will be
issued.

and protected by copyright laws.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right
to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. Prices for our
